Our programs & formats

Social Skills Group (Ages 6–12)

Interactive, play-based sessions that teach turn-taking, sharing, conversation starters, body language, and cooperative problem solving.
Format: 8–12 children per cohort, 45–60 min weekly sessions, 8–12 week cycle.
Outcomes: improved peer play, increased sharing of ideas, better classroom participation.

Adolescent Social & Emotional Skills Group (Ages 13–18)

Role-play, group problem solving, and real-life practice for conversations, flirting boundaries, team work, and conflict resolution.
Weekly sessions with emphasis on real-world rehearsal and coaching.

CBT-Based Coping Groups

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy strategies to manage anxiety, anger, and stress — tailored to children and teens. Teaches coping skills, thought-behavior links, and stepwise exposure.

Individual Consultation & Assessment
Diagnostic consultation and individualized intervention planning for children with ADHD, ASD, anxiety, or social learning needs. Includes parent feedback and school recommendations.

Parent Coaching & Support
Practical strategies, emotion coaching, and collaborative behavior plans for caregivers. Delivered individually or in small groups
