What is Peaceful Parenting?

Peaceful Parenting is a compassionate, weekly support group designed for parents and guardians of children experiencing anxiety. Led by Licensed Social Worker Brianna Kulick, this group offers a safe, non-judgmental space to connect with others, learn practical tools, and gain insight into supporting your child’s emotional well-being.

Who This Is For

This group is ideal for you if:

  • You are a parent or guardian of a child (approximately ages 4-12, or based on child’s developmental level) struggling with anxiety
  • Your child shows symptoms like frequent worry, perfectionism, avoidance, physical anxiety symptoms (stomachaches, etc.)
  • You want practical, doable strategies — not theoretical — to help at home / school
  • You seek a supportive, non-judgmental community of caregivers who get what you’re experiencing

What You’ll Gain

By participating, you will:

  • Understand how anxiety shows up in your child and what triggers it
  • Gain emotional regulation tools and tactics you can practice at home
  • Build confidence in your parenting approach — responding calmly and consistently
  • Learn how to help your child build resilience, self-esteem, and coping skills
  • Connect with other caregivers, share experiences, feel less alone
