Initial Consultation / Intake — we begin with a 60-minute session to understand your history, goals, and what you hope to change.
Assessment & Goal Setting — reviewing what’s going well, what’s difficult; co-create a personalized therapy plan.
Regular Sessions — typically weekly or biweekly, 50-60 minutes, either in-person or online.
Progress Review — periodically check in with you to assess how things are improving, adjust as needed.
Ongoing Support & Self-growth — tools, skills, and resources to sustain growth outside the therapy room.
