Statement on Racial Justice

For centuries, systemic oppression has significantly impacted minority groups in the U.S., leading to severe health and mental health outcomes. Despite the ongoing social upheaval, progress toward eradicating systemic racism and injustice has been slow. At Emotional Wealth LLC, we believe that simply being ‘not racist’ is insufficient; active anti-racism is essential. We must all be vocal, vigilant, and continuously strive to improve. Silence and inaction contribute to the problem.

Emotional Wealth LLC, a company owned by Black, Women, and LGBTQ individuals, reaffirms its decade-long commitment to serving all community members with dignity and respect. As part of our mission, we are vocalizing our dedication to equality and justice. We realize that achieving true equality is a long-term challenge and requires continuous effort and proactive engagement from everyone.

We commit to being active agents of change, continuously seeking and implementing strategies to combat inequality and discrimination. Our goal is to celebrate diversity and work towards the equity, prosperity, and safety of marginalized communities.

We call on everyone to actively participate in this mission, moving beyond passivity to engage in meaningful anti-racist actions, and rejecting all forms of discrimination. Our commitment will persist until true equality and justice are realized for all.
